Request for Proposals

Pamlico Partnership for Children (PPFC), a public- private (501(c)(3), a member of the Smart Start network which serves the interest of Pamlico County’s children and their families. PPFC is requesting proposals to implement the following activities for a three-year cycle: July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2022

Early Childhood Education and Early Literacy
• Community Play & Learn
• Pamlico Partnership Lending Library
• Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Family Support
• Partnership Playgroup
