Presents for Pamlico Kids
Camp Seafarer, camp Seagull, and Pamlico Chamber of Commerce 2018 Presents for Pamlico Kids is a community collaboration to collect and distribute toys and other items to deserving children, and to provide a holiday meal to families in Pamlico County. The project aims to reach families with children between the ages of 0-18.
We welcome churches, non-profits, businesses, individuals, others to join in our efforts to ensure ALL families are reached, and services are not duplicated.
How to join in to Help
Monetary Donations (tax deductible)
Provide a family meal, your donation of $35.00 will provide a full holiday meal to a family of six! Presents for Pamlico has partnered with Piggly Wiggly to create a nice meal including a turkey, all the fixins’, tea and desert. 
Other monetary donations will be used to purchase needed items for the Presents for Pamlico families.
Toy/Gift Donations
Purchase gifts or toys for a child between the ages of 0-18. The cut off to donate items is December 14th
Gift Ideas: toys, games, art and craft supplies, scooters, Legos, dinosaurs, Barbie’s, L.O.L. Dolls, action figures, digital toys, bikes, gift cards, footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, baseballs, teenage items (ear-buds, perfume, cologne, hair bands, earrings, socks, watches….) and a gift card is always helpful.
How Can You Help?
Your help is needed to set-up, organize, be a shopper, host a wrapping station, serve cider or hot chocolate and be a Christmas elf!
Interested Families
For families interested in receiving gifts they must have the child or children’s guardian/parent complete an application and provide required documentation. Applications must be turned on or before November 30, 2018. Paper applications may be returned to: Pamlico Partnership for Children, Camp Seafarer, Pamlico Co. Department of Social Services or scanned to Whykeshia.White@seagull-seafarer.org.
